GENERAL POLICIES

  • Playtopia is a parent supervised facility. Children must not be left unattended anytime.

  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for watching their children at all times.

  • All adults, children, and infants entering Playtopia must sign the waiver and get the wristband before entering.

  • We are a peanut/nut aware facility, so not nuts are allowed!

  • No outside food and drinks allowed for drop-in customers.

  • Adults and children are REQUIRED to wear socks (no shoes, bare feet or indoor slippers are allowed).

  • Children are recommended to wear grip socks.

  • Strollers are prohibited from being taken into the facility. They can be left in the receptionist area outside the gate.

  • Wheelchairs and Walkers are not allowed in the playscape area as they create a tripping/injury hazard.

  • Playtopia is not responsible for any injuries

  • Playtopia is not responsible for any lost/stolen items

  • No food, drinks or gum is allowed in the play area.

  • Please ensure that you and your children are free of any sickness or infections.

  • Masks are not required, however we respect everyone’s personal choice to wear one if they so wish or not.

  • Playtopia reserves the right to refuse entry or ask you and your child to leave if equipment is being used improperly, you are unsafe and/or disrespectful to others.

DROP-IN SESSION POLICIES

  • Drop in sessions are for 2 hours only. You must leave the facility at the expiry time based on the time you entered.

  • After purchasing a ticket online, it is valid 3 months after purchase date. No need to book the date. We are open every day 10:00am – 8:00pm, however please check our website and social media for any closure notices.

  • One adult is free with one paid child. Any additional adult must buy a ticket.

  • Children under 1 are free. They must be accompanied by a paid child or paid adult ticket.

  • Adults are not allowed to jump on the trampoline. Only children up to 12 years of age are allowed to go on the trampoline.

  • All children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult (over the age of 18).

TRAMPOLINE POLICIES

  • Children must be wearing GRIP socks to go on the trampoline. Under no exceptions may they go without grip socks.

  • Children must be between 1 to 12 years of age to go on the trampoline. No child over 12 or any adult is allowed to jump on the trampoline.

  • Children under the age of 4 years must be accompanied by an adult in the designated toddler jumping area.

  • There is a height limit to each side of the trampoline.

  • Adults are not allowed to jump, stand on the padding, sides and middle of the trampoline as it is a safety hazard to those jumping.

  • All participants must have a waiver signed before jumping.

  • Participants must remove all sharp objects, and jewelry that might cause injury while jumping.

  • Lying down and sitting on the trampolines is prohibited.

  • Please do not grab safety pads/ netting.

  • One participant per trampoline.

  • No wrestling, racing or tackling.

  • Please do not jump if you have health limitations, previous injuries, or are pregnant.

  • Do not land on head or neck.

  • Do not attempt any tricks you have not been trained for.

NINJA COURSE POLICIES

  • You must be 4 feet or above to participate in this activity.

  • No adults are allowed at Ninja Course.

  • Land flat on your bottom, on the air bed.

  • Be aware and respect others around you and nearby obstacles.

  • Participate at your own risk.

  • Secure loose dress, scarves, loose hairs etc. before participation.

  • Remove your shoes and wear approved socks.

SLIDE POLICIES

  • Must go down with arms crossed.

  • Must be sitting on their bottom, and go feet first.

  • Must go one at a time.

  • Participants must be wearing tights/pants/ full/ knee-length pants unless parents have given permission.

PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is your responsibility as the party host to ensure you are aware of all policies and deadlines, as well that all details for your party are accurate and up to date.

  • A $300 non-refundable deposit is required in order to confirm your party booking.

  • Reservation is required for all celebrations, minimum 10 days in advance.

  • Remaining package balances must be paid at the beginning of the party, before you can enter the room to decorate.

  • You will receive only 15 minutes before the party to set up and decorate.

  • All food items must be NUT FREE and ALCOHOL FREE. We DO NOT allow any alcohol on or near the premises, regardless if you have obtained a liquor license.

  • You are welcome to bring your own decoration but no taping, sticking or hanging decorations on the walls or from the ceiling is allowed.

  • No Piñatas or Face painting are allowed.

  • All children going on the trampoline are required to wear socks. Grip socks are recommended.

  • Adults and children must wear socks at all times in all areas of the facility. No outdoor footwear is to be worn in the facility. Bare feet and shoes are not permitted in the facility.

  • Your entire party is 2 hours and 30 mins long (combination of playtime and room time). All guests must leave the facility after their allotted party time (2 hours and 30 mins).

  • Additional plates & cutlery provided by Playtopia are not to be removed from the building.

  • Buffets and hot plates are prohibited. Under no circumstances will food warmers of any kind be allowed.

  • Food and drinks are not permitted in any of the play areas – they must remain in the party rooms.

  • Strollers are allowed inside Playtopia as long as they are clean.

  • Each guest (All Adults, Children, and Infants) must be on a signed waiver prior to entering and get the wristband/sticker from the reception.

  • Playtopia does not have fridge and/or freezer space available to store any outside food, beverages or cakes. All outside food and drinks must be kept inside the room until serving time.

  • Parking at Playtopia is limited. There is No Parking allowed in Reserved or undesignated spots including fire routes, blocking shipping doors and loading dock areas, parking up on the interlocking boulevards. Your Vehicle may be tagged or towed away at your expense.

  • Parties are by reservation only online or in person at Playtopia.

  • As the party host, you are responsible for ensuring you are aware of all policies and deadlines, as well that all details for your party are accurate and up to date.

  • A $300 non-refundable deposit is required in order to hold your booking and date.

  • Without payment, rooms and capacity will not be reserved.

  • Remaining package balances must be paid at the beginning of the party.

  • Party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All party bookings are subject to a $20 cleaning fee if they opt to bring outside food for the party.

  • Once the time period of 2 hours and 30 mins in the party room has been reached, all party guests are kindly asked to vacate the party room. If your party exceeds this time limit, you will be charged an additional $50+ HST per 10 minutes.

  • Downgrading Party packages is prohibited.

  • Package upgrades are allowed as long as they are done a week before the party.

  • Receiving a bigger room is not always guaranteed if you wait to upgrade, as it is based on room availability.

  • Playtopia does not have fridge and/or freezer space available to store any outside food, beverages or cakes. All outside food and drinks must be kept inside the room until serving time. 30 additional minute add-on is for the Play Area ONLY, not the room. This add-on is only available for Morning (10am/10:30am) and Afternoon (1:30pm/2:00pm) parties only.

  • There are no double rooms provided for any package. Two packages must be booked in order to both sides of a double room.

  • The birthday child/children and family are part of the number count of children and adults within any given package.

  • Additional children are $14.99 and an additional Adult is $7.99. The Party Host must let reception know if they would like to pay for additional guests (adults and children).

  • Birthday parties include access to both the Trampolines and Playscape. The Arcade is not included in Birthday Party Packages and must be purchased separately.

  • Any additional add on incurred during the time of your party are to be settled 20 minutes before the end of your scheduled party time, if they are not settled during the time of purchase.

  • Parking at Playtopia is limited. There is No Parking allowed in Reserved or undesignated spots including fire routes, blocking shipping doors and loading dock areas, parking up on the interlocking boulevards. Your Vehicle may be tagged or towed away at your expense.

  • There will be no refunds for any no shows.

  • Playtopia has the right to refuse entry of last minute guest add on, due to capacity restrictions.

  • Hosts may purchase additional water bottles and/or juice boxes the day of the party.

  • Hosts may request to have additional water bottles and/or juice boxes placed in their party room prior to the date of the party.

  • Playtopia reserves the right to refuse or cancel your party anytime if it is not in compliance to Playtopia Policies.

  • Free passes are emailed out after the party event is completed.

  • Refund & Bad Weather Policy: Playtopia does not offer refunds or rain-checks for closures or any other incidents related to weather.

  • The birthday child is free in the birthday party package. Parents and siblings each take up spots in the number count of children and adults in any birthday package.

  • Aggressive behavior, including the use of foul language and unprovoked actions, will not be tolerated. Any such behavior may result in refusal of entry and removal from the facility. Authorities will be contacted if necessary.

  • All Adults and Children are required to wear socks inside the Facility. No Shoes are allowed!
