Playtopia Private Party Rules & Policies

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before your event. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Playtopia Code of conduct

  • All Adults, Children, and Infants are required to have a signed liability waiver to enter the facility.
  • All Adults, Children and Infants are required to wear socks inside the Facility. No Shoes or Bare Feet are allowed!
  • The client must sign and agree to the Private Party Policy Agreement, which includes all Playtopia party policies.

Payment Policies

  • A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF THE TOTAL PARTY COST IS REQUIRED TO SECURE THE DATE AND TIME.
  • The remaining 50% of the party balance must be paid in full before any setup or decorating begins (We strongly recommend the party host arrive early, ahead of all guests and decorators).
  • Any additional charges (e.g., add-ons, extra guests, etc.) incurred during the party must be settled at least 30 minutes before the end of the scheduled event time.

Prohibited Items

  • You are welcome to bring your own decoration but no taping, sticking or hanging decorations on the walls, windows or from the ceiling is allowed. All decorations must be free-standing.
  • NO NUTS of any kind are allowed within the facility.
  • There is NO ALCOHOL allowed inside or near the premises of Playtopia. Failure to comply with this policy will result in you being asked to leave the premises and the authorities being called.
  • No food warmers are allowed
  • No piñatas, face painters, gum, or cotton candy are permitted in the facility.
  • You are required to verify all birthday items, performers, activities etc with playtopia first.

Food & Beverages

  • Outdoor food is permitted but must be NUT-FREE—no exceptions.
  • Under no circumstances can pizza or cake be added on throught playtopia on the day of your party.
  • All additional drinks brought in must be 2-liter bottles or larger.
  • We do not allow any on-site cooking, all food must be pre-prepared.

Guests

  • Guest limits are strictly enforced. Playtopia reserves the right to refuse entry to any last-minute guest additions if they exceed capacity. You can avoid this by notifying us in advance of any extra attendees—subject to availability.

Play-Area and Trampolines

  • The trampoline is for children only (17 and under). Adults may supervise from outside.
  • Strollers are allowed in the general areas but are prohibited in the play-areas.
  • No food or drinks are permitted in any play areas, they must stay in the cafe/party rooms.

Cancellations & Compliance

  • Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason. In exceptional circumstances, a one-time date change may be considered at the discretion of management.
  • No refunds or rain checks are issued due to weather-related closures or external factors.
  • There will be no refunds for no-shows
  • Playtopia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any party not in compliance with its policies.
